Hi,
My name is Alexa and I would like to learn how to speak Tagalog.
I was born and raised in Montreal, Canada and my parents are both Filipino although, growing up, they have always spoken to me in English. Growing up in Montreal, I was able to go to French school from Elementary school all throughout High school. I am now a flight attendant and having the culture of knowing different languages is beneficial. Soon, my company will be flying out directly to Manila and I would like to learn Tagalog. I most often tell people that I speak broken Taglish. I would like to be able to solidify my Tagalog and be able to have full on conversations . I do understand Tagalog.

Benim adim Camille! I would like to learn how to speak and write in Turkish as my my boyfriend speaks Turkish. Turkish is his first language, and I would like to communicate with his relatives, in Turkish, in the near future. My husband, of 21 years, speaks cantonese and mandarin but unfortunately is not a natural teacher. I would like to be able to communicate better at family functions. I have a grasp of simple phrases and limited vocabulary. My motivation is very much directed to conversation. I have recently semi-retired, so have ample time to dedicate to the pursuit, if the instruction is going well. I am looking for a teacher that is patient and has an enthusaistic nature like myself.
