I am a Canadian Bengali female who was born in this country but whose parents are both from Bangladesh. I can speak and understand it, but even then on a quite basic level- I want to learn an atleast basic understanding of reading and writing it, just in an effort to get in touch with my cultural roots.
For the next 8 months, I am willing to dedicate quite some time each week to learning how to read and write the language and am very keen. I'm looking for someone who is patient and has a comprehensive understanding of the language.
