I have taken years of spanish; however, I have not spoken the language in quite some time and I would like to re-learn the language. I would like to become fluent in spanish because it is essential for me at work. I would like to dedicate two to three days a week to spanish lessons. Hello,
I'm new to the Miami, FL area and I have found English to be the second language in this area. For personal and professional reasons I'd like to learn to speak Spanish. I took high school Spanish but I don't remember anything. My primary goal is to be able to converse effectively. I'd like to dedicate about 4-5 hours per week to this venture and I'd like my teacher to be patient and understanding because I don't think I'm a natural linguist. However, I would like someone who is going to challenge me as much as possible because I want to learn as quickly as possible.

I’m the pastor of a Hispanic church in Miami. My wife and kids speak English only. It’s imperative that my family learns to speak Spanish fluently so I can continue my ministry to Hispanics. I feel that the best way for them to learn the language is by being immersed in the culture. We are planning on living in Mérida for one year so that my family can learn the language. I’m currently looking into different language training options. I’ll be in Mérida next month to start making the proper arrangements.
