I have recently become engaged to a Brazilian lady and have intentions of moving to Brazil on a more permanent basis in the future. I am familiar with a lot of vocabulary, but sentence structure, grammar and conversation are out of my grasp at this point, so I would classify myself as a beginner. To start, I'd be willing to put in 3 to 5 hours a week in my studies, as I'm working a lot these days. As for teacher qualities, they must be patient and flexible.

I am almost completely a beginner in Portuguese, but have taken levels 1 - 4 in Spanish.
I have visited Rio de Janeiro and other parts of Brazil several times, along with Argentina over the past couple of years. I would like to be able to get by chatting with my Brazilian friends.

I would like to improve my native language which is Portuguese. Through the years I have lost the correct way to speak it and my grammar and sentences aren't exactly spoken correctly. I would like to improve my Portuguese skills so I am able to do business conversations as well as read and write with the proper grammar. I work full time but do have access to computer at most times. I would like the teacher to be strong in their teaching skills and very informative about the proper use and speaking of Portuguese.
