i would like to dedicate the next year to trully be fluent in french. i would like to meet atleast once a week, perhaps more. i am looking for someone who is patient, and a good teacher. preferably from a french speaking country. either france, or swizterland. i have very little knowledge of the language, so it is pretty much like starting from scratch.

I have had three years of French in College, but have not used the language for 10 years.
I have always wanted to be fluent in French just to learn a second language.
I would need improvement in grammer and certainly conversation.
I would like to dedicate an hour in the afternoon twice a week.
I am looking for a teacher who is accredited in teaching the French language and is a native speaker. Who is accredited in teaching grammer technique and could work on conversation. I will expect references and a resume.
