I have always wanted to learn Sign Language, especially since I grew up visiting my Great Aunt who was deaf. I also was a student aide for the special education class in high school and I always wished I could have communicated with the students who are deaf. It has always been a goal of mine to learn sign language so I can communicate with the deaf community as well as possibly using it in a career.

Im learning because I work with Developmental Disable individuals that do not speak and would like to teach and communicate with them. Im not skilled and will be a beginner and would like for my children to learn as well. Right now I would dedicate 2 days a week Wednesday and Thursday.
