I have never learnt sign language, but i have always been fascinated by it. It is amazing how people seem to be able to communicate everything they want to say, without even having to talk. I would really like to be able to do that. I would like to dedicate up to 2 hours a week to my language lessons.

I am a beginner in sign language. I would like to learn how to sign in spanish and in english for the time being. I want to learn sign language because I am going to major in Psychology and want to know other languages so that I am able to help other people. I would like to learn everything there is to know about sign language and much more. I plan to devote as much time possible to sign language as I can I feel as if it is very important to be able to communicate with other people that spaeak different languages so I am willing to learn even if I do not become a Psycologist. I am looking for a teacher who is patient and willing to teach a beginner but I am also looking for a teacher who loves what he or she is doing. I do not want a teacher who teaches just because he or she is good at it but I want a teacher who has passion for teaching sign language

I can understand Arabic letters as I have read the Quran (I am a follower of Islam) otherwise I am clueless about Arabic and Persian languages. I am planning to pursue a career in Art History and am quite keen on learning these classical languages.
Everyday, two hours, should do it.
Consisten cy, fluency, pofessional degrees, is what I am looking for in my prospective Teachers.

My Child is Austistic and I would like to find a way to communicate with him. He is learning signs in school, but it's not useful unless I understand. I know very little signing. I am looking for someone to come and give a basic training of ASL to my staff. I am the Program Director for a Day Program in Watertown, MA for adults with mental retardation. I have a staff of 14 and a client base of 45. Our focus is vocational employment. I am very interested in schooling my staff on ASL to improve the communication skills with many of the adults, for both the low functioning and higher functioning.W e are a nonprofit and have a tight budget but might be able to afford to bring someone in for a few trainings. Any assistance will help. Thank you
