I am looking to learn Japanese for the purpose of going over to japan for extended periods of time for both business and for fun. I have no experience and do not speak any Japanese at all.
I can dedicate 3 hours a day to my lessons.

I'm looking to improve my Japanese grammar, vocabulary and reading ability in preparation for the JLPT level 2 exam. I lived in Japan for 6 years and I plan to move back to Tokyo at some point in the future once my Japanese ability reaches near fluency. I am currently an intermediate level Japanese speaker so I need specific focus on grammar and other subtleties to build fluency.

I've always been interested in the Japanese culture- for as long as I can remember, really. I've decided recently that I'd like to learn the language. I have very little knowledge of the language, so I'm very much a beginner. I think an hour or two long lessons one or two times a week would work out well. As for teacher qualities all I need is someone who's patient.

I'm learning Japanese because basically, I just love the Japanese Culture and I plan on living in Japan some day in the future.
Cu rrently, my proficiency level for Japanese is BEGINNER since I just started to learn about 2 weeks from now from a texbook by Living Language.
The areas in which I feel I need particular improvement is basically, EVERYTHING. I want to learn the grammar, how to converse fluently and write Japanese(Hira gana, Katakana, Kanji) as well. I know it will take a lot of time but I am committed.
I can dedicate 2-4 hours of studying a day.
My expectations for the teacher is to be fair and honest with everything that has to do with the lessons.
