I would like to learn mandarin so one day I can work in Asia. I only know a few words, so that would put me in the beginner category?
At the moment I can only dedicate a few hours a week to the language lessons.
I just hope I can learn to speak mandarin without having to go through years of lessons..

I would like to live in China and Taiwan, also looking at business opportunities and study. I am a beginner but have some basic self taught knowledge of tones and grammer and can use phrases for greetings, introduction, eating, etc. Basic though. Perhaps I know maybe 100-200 words. I dont know where to start so im not sure what needs most improvement. Considering im a beginner i would just say everything. I want to dedicate at least 30mins a day to my study and then 1-2 lessons per week on top of that. I want to study for at least 6 months. I would like a native speaker of mandarin or native taiwanese. Experience would be handy i suppose but it doesnt matter i dont think.

I want to learn Chinese because I love the Chinese culture and people. Hope to return to china one day to work or working holiday. My level is beginer, but have learnt a little bit. I need more help in all aspects of the chinese language. I would like to dedicate a far bit of time on my lessons. Mabey one lesson a week to start then mabey more. I would like a teacher who is kind, profesional, and easy to talk to.
