Hello my name is Amanda and I live in Springfield Lakes (South-West Brisbane) I am looking for a native person from Hong Kong to teach me Cantonese. I am a beginner and would like to be able to have general conversations in Cantonese and am also travelling to Hong Kong in October 2010. I would prefer to be taught face to face and would be willing to spend an hour a day Mon - Fri at night after work to learn. Please contact me if you would like to teach me Cantonese.

I am learning Hindi because I have already begun volunteer work in some of the orphanages over there and would love to be able to communicate better with the young children who do not much speak much english.
I have learnt a few simple sentences however I am a beginner.
I just need to gain a greater understanding of the language altogether.
