I am a beginner speaker of Amharic. I only know some numbers and some greeting words. I want to learn the language because it is my paternal language and I will be going to Ethiopia very soon. I believe I need to improve on all aspects especially conversationa l learning. I would like to dedicate two weeks straight to amharic lessons in Addis Ababa starting the end of april. I would like my teacher to be able to help me by having good enough english so that we can communicate and if I have questions he/she will able to answer them and good grammar skills so that I learn the proper way of speaking amharic.

I am a beginner. I know some of the basics but not much. I have some friends that speak spanish as well I would like to do some travel in Latin America.
I would like to dedicate 2 or 3 hours a week to the language lessons.
I am easy going and excited to learn but someone who can teach while making it fun and interesting would be a plus. I find things are easier to remember if you are having fun learning it :)

I need to learn conversationa l Mandarin as I am planning to go to China, also I always wanted to learn it. I would like one-on-one lessons, or small groups. I don't need written, only oral. I speak Cantonese at home, so I have some graspe of Chinese. I want to spend maybe 2-3 nights a week learning, and hopefully be able to carry a conversation within 3-4 months. I am looking for a teacher who is patient and will find ways to help me understand and remember.
