Learning languages is my hobby, and that's why I travel to different countries. Turkey is next on my list. I'm planning on moving to Turkey in September. I'm a beginner at the Turkish language, and am very keen to get as much learning done as I can before I go. I want to learn everything about the language, not just 'tourist Turkish.' Depending on your organization of the material, I'd like to have one or two lessons per week, a few hours each. I am an ESL teacher myself, and am looking for someone who is really a professional teacher with teaching skills. I recognize and respect teaching skills and am willing to pay for them. Someone who is a native speaker but untrained in teaching won't cut it.

I am attending Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea in the fall, and would love to learn the language before I get there. I've never uttered a single word of Korean before, so I'm starting from scratch. I am most interested in learning conversationa l elements of Korean so I can survive in regular, every day situations.
I am willing to commit 2-4 hours per week to lessons for the remainder of the summer.
I am seeking private, individual lessons. A good teacher must be friendly, understanding , flexible and creative.

I am a beginner. I want to learn Polish because I hope to go there this coming fall and eventually try to get a job there. I am starting from scratch, so I will need to improve both grammar and conversation - especially conversation, though. I can dedicate about three times a week to language lessons. I want a teacher who is basically willing to be patient with me because I don't know anything about Polish yet!
