I am a beginner. My wife and I are traveling to Japan in July and I would like to have minimal conversationa l proficiency so that I can speak in stores, restaurants, hotels, etc. with the native Japanese people.
I Would like to dedicate an hour or two each Saturday or Sunday, usually 3 or 4 times per month until the end of June. I am looking for a friendly patient instructor who will help me rapidly learn conversationa l Japanese.

I am a beginner in the japanese language i suppose. Though i speak little of the japanese language, i want to learn to speak and write it the formal way. There are difficulties for me to speak in complete sentences and to listen in formal conversations . It would be convenient to conduct my tutorials 1-2 hours in the afternoon during weekdays. I would prefer a teacher who would be patient enough to guide me to learn the japanese language.

- I have 1.5 years of Japanese language instuction at the high school level. I have been regarded by my language instructor at the school I came from in Ca. as a natural. I won the one and only contest I participated in and traveled to Japan last year with the Japan club. I am currently in 10th grade at Hilliard Davidson High School and they do not offer Japanese, therefore I must enroll in an accredited language program to receive credit at school.
