Hello, I am a university student that just completed their minor in Chinese language and I am hoping to keep improve my confidence in conversationa l chinese to prepare for the HSK exam. I believe I am a lower intermediate level at proficiency. I like to travel, watch foreign dramas and films, and casually draw and produce poetry (although I am terrible lol :) I find learning Mandarin interesting and although it is complex to English speakers in general, the culture and history gives a breath of experiences.

I am an assistant recruiter with a training company that is based in the United States. We look for tutors in every country and language who can assist corporate employees and their families on international job assignments.
Most of our students are at a beginner level in their target language and request practice in oral skills (conversation , survival skills) after arriving in their destination country. Others will ask for grammar or business language, or request training in their home country prior to departure.
We generally look for teachers who have a university degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience tutoring in the target language. These teachers should be reliable and flexible to changes in the students' schedules. If you have a degree but 1-1.5 years of experience, feel free to contact me anyway. Thank you!

This learner profile is written by the learner's mother. My daughter is 12 years old. She's been learning Spanish for 12 years, Mandarin Chinese for 6 years and has just expressed an interest in learning Arabic. We are trying to find affordable online teachers in all three language.
