I am working as Product manager for a firm Dealing with Japanese software. I am in constant touch with my Japanese counterpart and he has good English language skills. However, others are not so adept in English, so I would like to learn Japanese to make the communication more effective.

Hi,
I am learning Japanese to be able to Study in Japan by April 2014. I will be doing either a Graduate or Masters Program. Thus, a high level of Japanese Language skill is required. My goal is to be able to pass JLPT level 2 this December 2013. My other goal is to be able to take a relatively easy Japanese Language test this May-June 2013 for the scholarship program.
R ight now I can understand 80 percent of conversation and speak, not very fluently though, in Japanese. Unfortunately , I cannot read or write. I would like to dedicate as much time as possible to reach a high level.
If possible I would like a flexible teacher who is understanding and ready to help me achieve my goals.
