I am learning Chinese for heritage reasons as well as to help my daughter in her language learning journey. I would consider myself as intermediate level in Chinese and would like to work more on spoken fluency and grammar. I'm looking for a teacher that can help me build my vocabulary and re-enforce grammar while talking about a wide range of interesting topics as well as daily life topics. I am currently enrolled in an online university to learn Chinese; however, I live in a small town and don't really have anyone to practice with or use what I learn. I hope to one day be able to interpret, so I would appreciate a teacher who helps me with my listening/spe aking and pronunciation . I am somewhere in the (beginner) intermediate range.
Because I am working and studying at the same time, my schedule varies from week to week, so it would be great if my teacher is flexible with the schedule. I would like to start off with one hour lessons once a week.

I would like to take live online classes 1-2 times a week after 7:30 p.m. MST on weekdays with 2+ other students seeking to improve and build on their conversationa l Mandarin Chinese. I am interested in learning conversationa l Chinese only (no writing).On a scale of 1-10, 1 being an absolute beginner and 10 being native Chinese, I am at about a 3.
