My proficiency level is beginner. I started learning Chinese Mandarin 4 months ago with a private teacher in my home country. My interest in this language is private, I am learning it as a hobby. I could dedicate 1-2-times 60-90 minutes in a week for language lessons. I am looking for a teacher who is willing to teach me from the text book I brought along. I am interested to learn writing in Mandarin and to be able to communicate in an acceptable level. Currently I have no interest in going for any language exams.I would prefer to receive private lessons, if possible.

I'm looking to spend 3 days a week learning Mandarin in Singapore next year (2009), taking my average social level up to a fully functioning business capability.
