i want to learn chinese, Mandarin as i think it will be the next most widely spoken language after english.
i have graduated from MAIS (mallya aditi international School) in A-levels. And now, have a month before i leave for university and want to use this time productively and learn chinese.
I only want to learn how to converse in it, i have no interest in learning how to read and write. Since i only have a month, i want a complete crash course and im ready to dedicate an hour a day or so.

I lived in Beijing, China for a year & just moved back to the US. I studied 2xwk for 2hrs while I was there & completed a beginning language class & book. I would like to continue learning the language so that I do not lose it. I am conversationa l in many contexts, but will need some review due to having been back in the states for 2months with no practice except myself. I would prefer to learn in person, as I learn better this way, but am willing to learn over the phone &/or online if that is all that is available. I am willing to deticate at least one night in person a week\ &/or two nights online/phone. I am looking for a teacher who keeps things fun & interesting & who is willing to incorporate daily living activites/sit uations into the language learning objectives.
