I have studied mandarin for 3 months in Beijing, but, despite working in ShenZhen m chinese is getting worse.
I'm looking for 2hr lessons once or twice a week. Evenings would be the best time as I have work during the day.
I'm looking for a teacher who can devote at least 2 hrs a week to 1-1 lessons. Must have reasonable english skills.

Not for me; I'm looking on behalf of my employers.
They're looking for a Mandarin tutor for their three children (5, 7 & 9 yrs) - acquisition of the language may prove to be a useful skill for their futures.
They are native English speakers so I am after a tutor who will teach from the basics of basics and focus on the speaking aspect (writing, not so much).
They are looking for someone organised enough to devise a goal-oriented , term-based lessons plan; but more importantly focus on engaging the children and making lessons fun.
Experienc e with children is an advantage. If not, an all-round pleasant demeanour speaks volumes.
As a group, one or two separate hours a week is preferred, but can be negotiated.
