I would use mind map to help students build their own library. Always if students follow the books, what would happen is that at the end of the course, the students might have already forgotten what they had learned, which is frustrating. Most studentd would quit not because they are not willing to learn but forgetting what they have learned. With my approach, I would make sure that my students would have a strong memory about what we have learned and add more and more based on previous knowledge.
