complete beginner, going to tanzania for 4 months to do research for an MA thesis, will be in contact with locals who speak swahili and i wish to be able to communicate with them without the need for a translator, i think will add to my research.
i'm going in about 6 weeks so the sooner i can start the better and i can put as much time as needed into the classes. i find i learn languages much easier through practice and by hearing the language and trying to imitate it that way, as opposed to reading and writing and conjugating it on paper.

I'm beginner in all these languages I want to learn. I like to study language. It's just so natural for me that I could not find any explanation for that. I might not be able to spend too much time on studying a language. Yet I will always try my very best to learn.
