Hello, I am a foreign student currently working as an intern at an international organization here in Kuala Lumpur. I don't have a lot of spare time, but I need to brush up my Mandarin Chinese and Standard Arabic, as I am going to have exams in both languages coming September.
My Mandarin is pretty poor, as I haven't really used it since quite some time. My Arabic is almost non-existent. I used to be able to hold a simple, basic conversation in the language and I also used to be able to read and write, but I forgot almost all of that.
I am aware of how difficult it is to learn both of these fairly complex and exotic languages at the same time, but I don't really have a choice, as I am going to have two very important exams (written and oral) in both of these languages.
I am not sure if that is of importance, but my native language is German (so I usually don't have any difficulties with complex grammatical systems).

I would like to take two lessons per week (in both languages), preferably in the evening and during the weekend.
The most important thing for me would be to learn again how to read and write in both languages and how to hold a basic conversation.
I have a number of textbooks (in Chinese and Arabic) of which I will need to know the content (vocabulary, phrases and the like) for the exams.
