I am very excited to learn Brazilian Portuguese. I learned to surf in Bahia in November and want to return to Brazil for travel and also for work, and I am determined to speak to the wonderful people of that country. I know rudimentary traveler's Portuguese. I learned a fair bit of French in my youth, so learning another language is not impossible for me! I am planning to return to Brazil again in October so I would like to discuss a program that would both accomodate my busy schedule, my budget and my willingness to learn!
I am hoping I can find a patient, intuitive teacher who is very organised and has a good structure to her/his classes. I also have a friend who is interested in taking lessons, who is at the same level as I am

I am a beginner Portuguese speaker. I would like to take lessons to be able to conversate before I take a trip to Brazil as well as for singing purposes (I love Brazilian music and since I sing, I wanted to connect better to the language). I would like to take at least one lesson per week.
