I would like to learn Japanese because my family and I are going there this summer, and I would love to be able to talk to the locals around there. I also have a passion for all Japanese culture. I have tried self learning cd’s and none have worked, but I am able to comprehend a couple of common words, so I would say that I’m a beginner. I need improvement in everything possible. I would like to dedicate a lot of time to learning Japanese. I would like a teacher who would take it slow, but also push me to my best abilities.

I want to learn Japanese speaking and writing because I will be living in Japan as soon as I graduate. I have no knowledge of the language so I think I would be considered as a BEGINNER. I am willing to dedicate 7-8 hours a day and 5 days a week for my study.
I would like my teacher to be very approachable, patient and organized. I want to learn from the basics as well as business conversations since I am planning to apply for work there.
