I have just started trying to learn
Brazilian Portuguese. I am using a computer program from BYKI. I have work related projects in Brazil and I would like to be able to mingle with the local people and speak Portuguese with my co workers. Conversation is where I would like to devote most of my time working on the language. When I am in Vancouver I don't work so I could spend more time on learning the language but I do travel with my work so I would rather have private lessons.

I'm a beginner in the language. The reason I was to learn Portuguese is because of its International appeal, especially in countries of South America. I need to learn from the basic alphabets and numerals & I can dedicate three to four hours a week for lessons. I want my instructor to understand English and give me proper instructions on Portuguese grammar and conversation.
