I am a beginner....I would love to learn Portuguese since that is my heritage, strictly for personal reasons. I need help with grammar, conversation and pronunciation . I will devote as much time as it takes to learn. I am looking for patience from my teacher and simplicity in the lessons (as much as can be expected). I grew up in a home where Portuguese was spoken (my grandparents were from Azores), However in those days it was necessary for them to adapt to English language so much was lost in my upbringing.

Hello,
My name is Leilani and I am need of someone with professional teaching skills to teach me Brazilian Portuguese at a beginners level. Eventually I would like to be able to have conversations and write in Portuguese. The reason I would like to learn Portuguese is because my husband is Brazilian and most of his family do not speak English. If it is possible I would like to have at least two lessons a week. Unfortunately I would not be able to do any more then that unless it was in the evenings as I have two children under the age of 2. I would also be interested in lessons over they internet if they are available.
