I am a second year Japanese student studying using the Genki Text.
I have visisted japan several times and have basic survival Japanese.
I can read Hiragana and struggle a bit with katakana and probably know about 50 - 80 Kanji.
I want to become proficient in Japanese so I can one day move and work in Japan.
I would like a funny, patient kind teacher with a view for ongoing lessons to compliment the studies i already do in the evenings two nights a week.

I would like to learn Japanese because I only speak one language, English. I'd feel more comfortable if I could at least say I was bilingual and amongst all the languages of the world Japanese has always been the one I am most interested in along with the culture of Japan. I know a minimum amount of the language though I have been around it, and hearing it close to 10 years through subtitled TV shows from Japan.
I'm looking to start off slow at first and go from there, so 1 hour a week basically to start. I'd prefer it to be in person either at a public space or my home.
Qual ities I am looking for in a teacher; not shy(soft spoken), education background in Japan, has spent time living in Japan and knows it's culture, has spent at least 3+ years living in an Native-Englis h country.

Hello
I like to learn to speak Lebanese fluently and be able to read any document and to write 'fusha' perfectly like any Lebanese.
My level is between intermediate and advanced in Lebanese Arabic and I do not know my level in 'fusha'.
I want a professor in Arabic for my daughter too, because she is going to have 'brevet' exam next year and she needs improvement in vocabulary and writing.
T he professor must be a women, native speaker, very professional, with a diploma in language education.
I have another daughter wanting to learn Japanese, her professor must be a women and a native speaker. She is a beginner.
For my daughters, it must be on Saturday morning.
I need to know the price, hours and time.

The reason why I wish to learn Japanese is because my goal is to visit Japan. I would consider myself as a beginner but I do know the basic things like introducing myself. I would need more improvement in grammar and in conversation. I would prefer two days per week.
Qualit ies I look for in my lessons and teacher would be that my teacher has patients while teaching me and would make things fun and easy. I would also like a teacher that will put lots of effort to help me understand the lessons.
