I am dating a brazilian and want to be able to communicate with her friends, family, and culture. I know very little, but have some limited exposure to spanish and french too. I am learning Portuguese because I am moving there with my family, I would say I am just above a beginner because I hear it spoken more often but I still need to learn a lot of the basics, especially in grammar and verb conjugation. I would like to start taking lessons ASAP for the next 3-4 weeks at least 3 times a week. I look for a teacher who likes teaching colloquial expressions and gives homework and works with me on my level and does not force me too learn faster than I am capable.

Hello,
I am interested in acquiring the help of a tutor to help me learn Portuguese. I am a student at Brock University and am taking an introductory Portuguese course with which I am struggling. I am a beginner and would ideally like to meet for one to two sessions per week at two hours per session. Also, the course emphasizes European Portuguese as opposed to Brazilian Portuguese.
