My name is Angela, and I'm attempting to learn Brazilian Portuguese. I'm hoping to be somewhat near experianced with Portuguese by the time I go to Brazil in June of 2012. I'm looking for more fluency in speaking and conversing, as I make calls to friends in Brazil and I would love to be able to effeciantly speak with their family without embarassing myself. I am a beginner, just starting to defipher different accents. I cannot condjugate verbs yet. Any help is very welcome, I'm looking for someone who has lessons for me and will give me specific vocab to focus on.

I would like to learn Portuguese because I have a Portuguese boyfriend, and would like to love to Brazil for professional reasons.
I am still at beginners level, but advance rather fast due to the fact that I speak French and Italian. My main reasons for seeking a teacher is that I need help with the pronounciatio n, and to soem extent the grammar.
I can dedicate 2-hours a week to my Portuguese studies, preferably in one session only.
I am looking for a teacher that can correct my pronounciatio n through conversation, and teach me grammar through exercises, that I can do as homework/

I have been in a relationship with my Portuguese partner for 4 years. In four to five years time we are considering splitting our time between Portugal and Australia. Hence I would like to be fluent in the Portuguese language as soon as possible.

I am learning foreign languages for enjoyment. I want to be able to speak in many of them fluently, and be able to travel with ease given this skill. I am currently a beginner in all, save for English (my native language). I would like to be very well learned in each and every language I know. I can give 1hr of my week (4-7PM Mon-Thurs) to personal lessons, and have plenty of time to study through the rest of the week. I wish to find a teacher who is flexible and understanding , in terms of my ability to grasp linguistics.
