Dear Madam/Sir,
I am a new researcher at ISISE, University of Minho in Azurem. I have planned to start my PhD program from next year, so I should live in Guimaraes for next 5 years. I need to learn Portuguese language to communicate with people and making new friends.
I feel that I need to learn basis of this language as well as speaking and listening. Since my mother language is Persian, I have a major problem with pronunciation of Portuguese.
There are other Iranian students and researchers in Guimaraes. I prefer to learn Portuguese in person under supervision of an well-experien ced teacher. Four other Iranian friends of mine have the same inquiry, so a group of 5 members are ready to learn Portugues.
I think we should start from beginner level, so the time is not a problem.

I will stay in Poro for at least one year as i am master student in Speech therapy .I speak greek and english and i would like also to learn some portuguese. I think that is a good opportunity to learn as I can practise every day. also it will be very helpfull for my CV. I dont have a lot of free time so i would like to do lessons once a week.
I am looking for a teacher who speaks english and he is patient as I dont speak any portyguese and it will be difficult for me at the begginng .
