Hello, I can speak some basic Bengali/Bangl a, but haven't spoken in 15 years and have forgotten quite a lot. I want to become proficient again, as I plant to visit the region soon. I'm learning the language solely for my own pleasure.
I think I need most help in speaking colloquial Bangla. A couple hours a week would be maximum, as I'm busy with work. I like listening to popular Bangla galpo (stories),
I obviously require a teacher who will be very patient and talk to me as much as possible in Bangla, even if I'm not understanding it. Because hearing the language spoken and trying to respond is a very helpful exercise for me, even if I'm slow.
