I will be moving to lisbon at the end of October 2005 until December to help look after my boyfriend who is having an operation. He is from Terceira, and having been visiting there for the past two years, and with the possibility of living in portugal in the future, i need to get my language skills up to stratch. I can read quite well and my writing if i have a dictionary isn't too bad, but the verbs and tenses are a complete mystery! I am also unfortunately a person who if I don't know the right way to say/pronounce something I won't try to in case i offend anybody.
I want to be able to have basic conversation skills by the end of my lessons. This though has to balanced with my need to look after my boyfriend, as he will be dependent on me.
For my course i need flexibility for obvious reasons, and preferably female. As for number of lessons needed I am not too sure. I am open to any type of teaching format.
