I would like to learn some conversationa l Korean. My long-time boyfriend is Canadian born Korean and I would really like to be able to have a conversation with his Mom that is more comfortable for her. I have no vocabulary at this point other than Hello! I would also like to learn to read (at least basic) as I understand Korean writing is like an alphabet - I think being able to see the sounds of a word in writing could help my speaking/pron ounciation. This summer is very busy for me so I would like to start in the Fall. If possible I would like to join a small group/class (up to 20 people) that meets 2-3 times a week in the evenings.

-I want to learn Korean because I am very drawn to the Korean language and culture. I hope to visit South Korea one day and feel it would be very beneficial to know the language.
-I am a beginner and know basics of the language like Hangeul.
-I would like 1 hour lessons once a week.
