I am a beginner although i haven tried to learn the language before through audio cd's, and stopped due to time constraints. The reason for learning the language is simply a passion for the culture and society. I am going to university at the same time but am willing to spend time during the weekends and maybe even weekdays, and as for qualities in a teacher, I simply am looking for someone who has spoken the language for a long time and knows all the intricacies of it.

I have been learning Japanese for almost 2 years now. I am taking Japanese for future career purposes. I believe I want to improve my conversationa l skills as well as my Kanji. I would like to spend atleast 4-6 hours a month studying Japanese. I am looking for a teacher that has flexible hours and is willing to teach through their own selected text books and methods, depending on my level of course.
