Good Morning,
I recently moved from the United Kingdom to live in Germany with my Partner. He has lived in Germany for some years now but has never learned the language, only very basic, polite conversation.
I have made friends since arriving here and have picked up a few basic key words and phrases but would love to speak fluently. My Partner wishes to learn with me.
We both work in Luxembourg where English is spoken by all so not having a second language does not affect our ability to work. My reason for learning is that I believe that it is only right, polite and respectful to learn the language of the Country I have chosen to live in.
We both work during weekdays and are at home by 4:30 and all day at weekends.
I hope there is a Teacher out there who is able to help us and I look forward to hearing from you.

I have just moved to Germany as of this week because of my job and I would like to acheive competency in the language since I have been given this opportunity to live here in the country. I have been studying basic German on my own for several months now and would like to be able to meet one on one or in small groups in order to better develop conversationa l skills. I would like to start off with 2 hours of face to face instruction per week. I work a hectic schedule during the weekdays and so I would need an instructor who is available later in the day or most preferably on weekends. I would prefer an insturctor who has appropriate knowledge of not just how to converse in German, but who also has some experience with teaching adults a foreign language.
