I have met A woman online from Ukraine, She speaks Russian. We have been emailing and chatting with each other for some time.
She speaks little English and I only know English.'I'm a Beginner'. We use a Translator to communicate with each other. I want to learn Russian, so I can better understand her and to communicate with her.
I'm retired so I have free time to learn and be available for lessons.
I was not very good with language in school. Did take beginning German and Spanish.
I remember little from taking those classes.

I personally choosing to learn the German language for my own interest (benefit) in it. I eventually will use it as new developed oral skill. I would consider myself as rookie (beginner) as this moment in time, but eventually it won't be like that for too long. I honestly need improvement on knowing how to use the proper gender rules at the right time. As well as verb conjugations and knowing where to exactly place certain words.I'm willing to dedicate 2 days per week consistently with quality practice sessions.I'm currently looking for a German mentor (teacher) who can help me develop my orals (German) skills to the best of ability. I would prefer him or her to be a native or even a very well polished German speaker, Someone that can explain very well the rules of the German language as well.

Hello, my name is Sam. I’m studying capoeira in California and with that I’m becoming extremely fascinated with Brazilian culture. I have been studying Portuguese for a while now and I’m probably just barely an intermediate. I’d like to spend most of my lessons in conversation where some narrative is built. I have a masters degree in Humanitarian Studies and have completed to Critical Language Scholarships in Kiswahili. I would like to continue learning Kiswahili because I love the language and it would allow me to work and be of service in East Africa. I am between a Beginner High and Intermediate Low fluency. I need improvement in more complex grammar, conversation, and reading/writi ng. I would like to meet 1 time per week for a couple hours.
