I am a Bharatanatyam teacher and examiner. Theory and some performance material is in Sanskrit. Would like to increase my knowledge of the language to understand the contents better.
I can read and write Hindi so can read most of the Sanskrit texts. Often there are variations and would like to know which is correct.
I would like weekly classes and would be able to do a few hours of homework too.

I currently have basic knowledge of hindi having learnt it to a degree when I was a child however since then I have forgotten alot that was learnt as I did not put into practice what I learned!
I am now looking to take up challenge to not only learn to speak hindi but to do so as proficiently as possible.
I would say fundamentally grammar and pronounciatio n would be key to give particular improvement.
I am looking to team up with a teacher who can show me the path to learning as quick as possible and give guidance for tasks needed in order to do this.

I am a beginner in Slovakian. I want to learn the language as my boyfriend and friends are Slovakian, also, I love the country. Learning Korean for work reasons. Currently employed as a geologist, likely to travel to China and Korea on business in 2011/2012.
Would like a reliable tutor with a grammar-orien ted teaching style.
Com plete beginner level in Korean. I am very willing to do homework between lessons, and would like to achieve a good knowledge of Korean grammar.
F luent in English, French and intermediate level Mandarin Chinese.
I am happy to exchange French lessons for Korean or Mandarin Chinese language lessons.
I would like telephone lessons with e-mail back-up. I am prepared to pay the cost of the telephone calls if the tutor has a UK landline with good reception.
