i want to learn a few asian languages e.g. Japanese, Korean and Chinese
ja panese because i am thinking of going there as a international student.
kor ean because my girl friend is korean and the church i attend has a lard number of koreans.
and chinese because i have been interested in chinese as well as japanese and korean languages.
i would say i need to improve in all areas seeing as i am a beginner, although i have previously learnt some basics in japanese due to it was a school subject. most of this was forgotten seeing it was in primary school.
i would like to dedicate at least one night a week or something there about towards my education in these foreign languages.
in my teacher im looking for someone who is...well versed in the culture and language of these languages as well as easy to understand and fun to be around.

I want to learn Japanese language, yet I'm still a beginner. I want a potential teacher who can teach me Japanese language and culture nicely. I'm learning foreign language because I want more experiences and plus, I want to know more about cultures. About improvement.. I don't know. I need improvements in Grammar, Writing, Conversation and such. I can spend 3 to 5 hours, on Saturday and Sunday and holidays. I can't spend much time during school days. Qualities? How about a kind, friendly and potential teacher who can have fun teaching me during the lessons.

I'm a begginner at chinese and korean. I take Mandarin Chinese in school. I have also bought beginner's korean and chinese books from book stores around town. But, I haven't learned any Japanese. I am completely serious about learning these languages.
I want to be an english teacher in either China, South Korea, or Japan, not all three. I'm very serious about learning these languages, I'm just not sure about which language I'm truly passionate about. I have only a few months until I graduate from high school. I'm going to junior college first for two years, and then transfer to a university nearby. But it's unbelievably difficult to find a junior college that offers a Mandarin Chinese, Korean, or Japanese course in Texas. If I go to a junior college with no classes in these three languages, I need to learn Mandarin Chinese, Korean or Japanese somehow.
I'm on my last year in high school, and this year, they have finally added mandarin chinese as a foreign language option. Unfortunately , since I'm graduating from high school in a few months, I won't be able to continue learning chinese. The area in which I need to improve on in my Chinese would have to be pronouncing the tones.
I would like to take lessons when I graduate, and I wouldn't mind spending maybe two or three times a week on my lessons. The time doesn't really matter. I'll spend five hours there. More, if I need to.
I'm looking for a teacher who will truly help me to learn these languages.
Once again, I'm looking for someone who can teach me EITHER Mandarin Chinese, Korean, or Japanese. I'm not looking for a teacher to teach me all three at once, unless there is one who can.
