I'm a beginner in Korean and Japanese, able to read Hangul characters and Japanese katakana/hira gana. I'm learning purely out of interest, and would like to be able to actually understand what I'm reading, especially for Korean.. it really feels weird being able to read but not understand.
I'd like to have lessons once a week, 1-2 hours per lesson. For the teacher.. perhaps experience in teaching and a little patience. Thanks.

Hello. My name is Patricia. I'm from Peru and I've been living in Japan for about a year and a half. I studied Japanese at school in my hometown with native speakers but I haven´t spoken since I left school (about 15 years ago) so now my Japanese is very rusty. I'm almost a true beginner (I can read and write katakana and hiragana, though). I remember basic vocabulary and expressions only but this doesn't allow me to have a conversation with someone.
I can take Japanese lessons 1 hour or an hour and a half per week.
I'm looking for a friendly teacher (female, if possible) with experience. Someone who can teach me basic conversations in different daily situations and useful expressions, so I want the lesson to be focused on fluency and vocabulary.
