Hi. Im interested in learning swahil because I want to do volunteer work in Kenya.
I would like to work towards being able to communicate with a classroom type of situation eventually.
I am planning to go mid to late 2016. I can afford 1-2hours a week at around $50 per hour.
Can't do lessons at my place but anywhere else is fine with me.

I lived in Tanzania for about a year and a half where I taught English. I have 2 half-Tanzania n children. I plan at some point to return to Tanzania. I would like them (ages 4 & 7) as well me to learn Swahili. We would all be beginners. I would prefer a native-Swahil i speaker, if possible. Given our work and school schedules, the best times for us would be, Thursday/Frid ay eves, or on the weekends. I am thinking that I would like to dedicate 1 or 2 meetings per week.

I am married to a Kenyan national and travel frequently to Kenya.
I have been studying on my own for about a year and a half and have a good grasp of basic written Kiswahili (verb conjugation, greetings, nouns, adjectives, etc.)
I need to improve my conversationa l Kiswahili with recall and response.
I would like to dedicate two to three hours per week, more if needed.
I am looking for a teacher that can easily assess a student's ability and tailor a program. A group setting would be good.
