I want to learn Mandarin Chinese because I have always been fascinated with Chinese culture and arts. I plan to travel to China soon and want to be able to practice in a real environment.
My proficiency level is Beginner
I feel I need improvement in all areas such as grammar, writing, reading, listening, intonation and conversationa l skills.
I have time to dedicate 2 to 6 hours a week in live instruction and 8 to 10 hours a week in home practice.
The qualities I am looking for in a teacher are:
