I am writing on behalf of my children, ages 6 and 7. They have completed one and three years (respectively ) of Japanese immersion school at El Marino Language School in Culver City, California. We just moved to the Austin area and I wish to reinforce what they have learned so far: Hiragana, Katakana and basic Kanji. My goal is for them to feel confident in reading and writing and speaking Japanese and progress from there.
I hope to have my children be tutored together at least one hour weekly.
I ask that the teacher be comfortable with children and sensitive to their individual learning abilities.
