I have a Japanese boyfriend and I am very interested in learning more of the culture, also communicating with him better. I will start at beginner level because I only know a few words in Japanese. I am looking to see a teacher about one to two times a week with 1 hour sessions. I would like my teacher to speak fluent Japanese and to also be of Japanese ethnicity. I would like to learn Japanese because my family and I are going there this summer, and I would love to be able to talk to the locals around there. I also have a passion for all Japanese culture. I have tried self learning cd’s and none have worked, but I am able to comprehend a couple of common words, so I would say that I’m a beginner. I need improvement in everything possible. I would like to dedicate a lot of time to learning Japanese. I would like a teacher who would take it slow, but also push me to my best abilities.

Hello!! Well, I'm Mexican so my native language is Spanish, but I am fluent in French and English. Currently I'm very interested in Japanese language and culture because I want to visit the country soon. I've been learning a bit by myself, but I really want to get real classes. I'm free almost every weekday after school, and some weekends too.
