I'm a beginner in Italian and Portuguese. I know some basic things in Italian since I have been trying to teach myself. I've found it difficult since I have no body to teach pronounciatio n in both languages. I am learning these languages because I believe the more languages you know the better of you'll be and I want to live in Italy someday. In both languages I need help in everything (grammar, converstation etc)I'll be dedicated to my language lessons on the weekends and sometimes on the weekdays, only since I have school. I would like a female teacher that is native in Italian or Portuguse or even both.

I moved to Portugal 1 year ago. I am a semi retired mature woman.Along with my business partner we are developing a business here in Portugal and working and living here requires all aspects of the Portuguese language. I can make myself available twice a week for a personal lesson, and use the online facility also. I will be an absolute beginner. My confidence is shaky... but my detirmination is strong and I have a strong desire not only to learn the language, but to live amongst Portuguese people and their culture. As I live in Priaia Dass Macas, Sintra is accessible to me.

I was born here in Canada but my parents are Portuguese and Italian. When I was in elementary I took both language classes to learn but I never stuck with it. I am 22 years old. I know more Portuguese then I do Italian. I understand alot of Portuguese but I dont know how to speak. I want to learn. Also I have a boyfriend for a year and a half and his family only speak Portuguese. I want to learn to comunicate with them. Im tired of aksing people, 'what did she say,' or 'what he say.'
