One of our clients in Portsmouth, would like to have one-to-one business Portuguese tuition for a total of 240 hours. The schedule will have to be arranged but the client (adult) would like to have 15 hour lesson per week, which means it would be an intensive course. The lessons would start in March.
One of our clients in Southampton, SO15 2PB, would like to have one-to-one general Portuguese tuition for a total of 24 hours. The schedule will have to be flexible but the client (adult) would be available from Monday to Friday after 6pm or on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The client wishes to start as soon as possible.
We pay the teacher 20GBP per hour but the salary is negotiable depending on the degree and qualification s. Also we are happy to discuss travel costs.

I want to learn brazilian portuguese before I go to Brazil. I am going only for personal travel. I am a real beginner, but I do have knowledge in spanish. I could give 1 hours and a half per week for lessons. I am looking for a teacher who can teach me as much as possible in a short period of time, since I am leaving for Brazil in April. I'm somewhere between intermediate and advanced. I go to Portugal each year on holiday and I want to improve my listening and conversationa l skills. In particular I want to accustom my ears to the European Portuguese accent, with its rapid delivery, unvoiced vowels, elisions and so on. I'm looking for a teacher who speaks European Portuguese as a native. I'm retired so I'm available on most days and at most times. I'd be willing to travel to the teacher.
