I am a beginner portuguese student, who attends Howard University. I decided to take Portuguese because I didn't want to follow the crowd and take Spanish. I know that this will not be an easy class and am prepared to dedicate many hours on this subject. The teacher at Howard University for Portuguese is often absent and I feel as though I need the extra help to push me into the right direction. I am not just looking for an A in this class, I want to become fluent. I know I'm having problems with conjugation, grammer, as well as other topics.
