I lived in Finland for the 1999-2000 school year and learned a little of the language while I was there. While I was far from proficient then, I have retained little since. I am hoping to travel back to Finland sometime over the next year and possibly relocate there at some point in the future.

I am looking for someone to teach me to speak Hindi on a conversationa l level. I have no to very little knowledge of the language. I am engaged to an indian man who is second generation american. His parents speak hindi and he speaks a little. i want to be able to communicate well with his parents and when i travel to india. I also thik it is important for my future children to learn it and i would like to be able to teach them. I would prefer a teacher with prior experience and who can meet at least once a week for lessons. I am willing to have privet lessons or a classroom setting.

I recently returned from a 2 year stay in Sao Paulo, Brasil.I don't want to lose the language proficiency I achieved while I was there and in fact would like to improve my language skills. I am at an intermediate level. I really need to work on grammar, reading and writing.
I would like to work with a native speaker and I would like the class content to be about current events, art and culture (Brasilian of course). I would like to spend at least 2 hours a week on course work.
