I am learning Mandarin for business reasons. I have studied for about one year so far. I have lived in China for 7 months. I am at an intermediate level but would like to become fluent. I am interested in all areas, especially conversationa l and business related areas. I would like a tutor 2 or 3 times a week for 2 hours at a time. I have taken 1 year of Chinese before while in college, but unfortunately have forgotten most of what I learned. I very badly want to go to China in 1-2 years to work and live there through a job with my current employer.
I'm a relative beginner, but this is a dream of mine and I'm willing to completely immerse myself in Chinese in order to make it happen. But, I need a tutor first to help me with grammar, and vocabulary, particularly for conversationa l skills.
Na tive speakers preferred, as I would like an education for actually living in China, as opposed to one for business or tourism.

I have been taking private lessons in Beijing for about a year, but need to learn closer to home in Florida. I need work on learning grammar, and intend to use this language in the real estate business. But, first I want a solid foundation in the language itself, since I hope to teach real estate in China one day.
I need a teacher with experience, who can meet for 4 to 5 hours a day for a week each month, or something simialr. I cannot commute to Orlando or anywhere else several times each week, which I realize would be opitmal. As such, I need someone with patience and a flexible schedule.
