I am a beginner wanting to learn Polish. I am learning to interact with Polish people in Chicago and to maybe go to college in Poland and then live in Poland. I would like to be able to speak it and understand it before learning how to write and read. I will spend as much time needed to learn how to speak it and understand as quickly as possible. The qualitities I would like in my teacher are their Native language is Polish and they can teach me to speak and understand easily.

I am a beginner. I want to learn the language for personal reasons.
W ith my future Polish teacher/tutor I actually would like to cover all language skills: Speaking, comprehension , reading, writing but I want my teacher to emphasize on Phonetics. The sound system in Polish is very new to me.
I like a mix of traditional method with a big chunk of communicative approach.
I will completely engage in my learning as I would like to reach the high intermediate level (be able to sustain a basic conversation) . I already know the textbook I would like to use.
I finally expect my teacher to be very serious, engaged in my learning as much as I am, meaning for instance, that the class should be prepared.

Looking for a teacher for teenage son who travels to Poland annually in the summer. I am looking to expand his vocabulary and use of grammar. He has some education in the Polish Language and would like to improve his skills to communicate independantly . I am looking for lessons that occur between 1-2 timesw a week in person.
I think he learns by both Polish and English instruction.
