I was born in Hong Kong and have a good understanding of the Cantonese language. I am able to watch cantonese movies but my reading and writing ability has decreased over the years. We are a husband and wife interested in learning mandrin chinese for employment we are considering in China. We currently reside in Las Vegas, NV. My husband is a recent graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School. I am currently employed with Bank of America. We are eager to begin learning. We would like to begin classes as early as February of 2007. We would prefer to have in person instruction. We would both be considered beginners. We would like to be able to speak the language fluently.
